Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and travel arrangements Assist with Accounts Payables/Receivables, payroll, and reconciliations Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients Answer phones, screen, and direct calls, take and relay accurate messages in a professional and efficient manner Provide information to about the company's services which may include assisting with inquiries or requests Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail Provide administrative support which may include faxing, scanning, and copying documents, data entry, preparing documents and reports, organizing meetings, scheduling appointments Assist with various projects as needed We like to hear from candidates with:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant Accounting experience preferred Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word) Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task If interested, please apply to this post!!!! The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
