Lab Assistant/Phlebotomist- Full Time, 12 noon- 830p M-F, Athens
Description RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Performs venipunctures, and obtains/prepares blood specimens in accordance with Piedmont policies and procedures.
Requirements MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High School graduate or GEDMINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Qualifications:
One (1) year of experience as a phlebotomist preferred Phlebotomy certification through ASCP, ASPT, NCA or equivalent agency is preferred.
Basic knowledge of venipuncture/phlebotomy is preferred.
Experience working in a hospital preferred.
