Description JOB PURPOSE:
Performs and leads modality daily operations and provides leadership relative to the assigned area.
Promotes and advocates imaging services by remaining abreast of the latest changes in technology and equipment.
The Lead CT Technologist ensures accreditations standards are maintained as well as performs a variety of tasks involving the operation of CT equipment and other equipment/devices as appropriate.
Requirements MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Four years of imaging technical experienceMINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists with certification in Radiologic Technology in Radiography (R) and computed tomography (CT).

Qualifications:
oBLS CertifiedoEvidence of leadership, critical problem-solving skills, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
oExperience in leadership of personnel.
