Local hospital has an immediate need for a Contract IT/Healthcare Recruiter for three month assignment (possibility exists of assignment being extended). At least 5 years of IT recruiting is desired. Healthcare experience/background is a strong plus! Candidate should be detail-oriented, comfortable working under deadlines and pressure, and resourceful in sourcing appropriate candidates. Candidate will recruit for a number of positions to include:
- Lab IT Analysts
- Ambulatory Analysts
- Clinical Informatics
- Network Administrators
- Developers
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- Knowledge of Cerner preferred.
- Computer proficiency required.
- Ability to be creative and resourceful in sourcing qualified candidates.
