Automotive Lead Technician
Precision Tune Auto Care is interviewing potential team members the for the Automotive Lead Technician position in Athens, GA. Pay rate is competitive and varies based on experience and qualifications. (bonuses, overtime, holiday pay, ASE Certification Reimbursement program available)
Applicants must have automotive diagnostic and repair experience including but not limited to:
Brakes
A/C
Driveability
OBD II
Mechanical Repair
Alignments and suspension a plus
Electrical diagnosis and repair
Comprehensive automotive repair knowledge of both domestic and foreign automobiles
Ideal Candidates:
High level of motivation with hands-on skills
5 Years minimum automotive experience and tools required for Lead Technician position
Valid driver's license
Ability to operate and drive vehicles
Top-notch customer service skills with a desire to build long term trust and relationships with customers
The ability to work as a member of a team
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's vision and values in all interaction with customers, co-workers, managers, and suppliers
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Participation in ongoing training
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
Other assigned duties
EOE/Ongoing technical training provided Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
