We build long term relationships with our customers from the first greeting through their ongoing wireless experience.
Sales Manager Responsibilities oManager store representatives and address store initiatives and manage day-to-day operations of the store.
oProvides exceptional customer service to individuals visiting our store location including greeting customers and assessing their needs.
o Exhibits quality customer service from greeting point through departure; ensuring that all aspects of a customer's needs are met and that every customer has a positive experience.
o Answers phones and responds to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
o Other duties include service activations, processing customer account changes and bill payments, responding to billing inquiries, equipment replacement, and processing price plan changes and upgrades.
o Ensures that all appropriate documentation and data entry is complete.
o Assists in the administrative functions of the store, including cash management and asset protection of store inventory.
o Reconciles cash (bank deposit, safe fund/till fund, daily financial transactions) and follow bank deposit procedures.
Performs reporting functions as required.
o Individual may sell phones and accessories in the event of high store volume or absence of sales representative.
o Manage customer service concerns by creating lasting customer relationships.
o Maintain store appearance and the optimization of showroom selling area.
o Flexible to work in multiple locationso Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
o Customer relationship management including follow ups, sales promotions, business opportunities and referrals Minimum Qualifications o College Degree is preferred but not requiredo Wireless experience preferred but not requiredo Work independently in a retail locationo Strong interpersonal and communication skillso Self-motivatedo Professional appearanceo Work a flexible rotating retail schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and overtimeo Ability to lift 20 pounds.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
