Athens Ford needs BDC/CUSTOMER SERVICE REP to help us maintain and increase our unprecedented growth. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Welcome all incoming customers
Pre-check customers and obtain accurate information in a consistent manner
Schedule appointments over the phone
Make outgoing calls
Assist guests with renting vehicles
Provide solutions based responses to guest requests
Requirements:
High school diploma or the equivalent
Valid in-state driver's license
Professional personal appearance
Acceptable driving record
Superior communication and customer service skills
Full-time position requires working Saturdays
