ATS has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Maintenance Specialist.
Responsibilities will include:
Performing a combination of technical (hands-on) and systems analysis and methodology
Driving improvements of complex and unique techniques and procedures to analyze, troubleshoot, build up, maintain, and repair complex equipment
Analysis duties to reduce machine down time, performing root cause analysis
Identifying engineering solutions for machine up time
Developing and implementing total production maintenance methods and procedures to improve customer Overall Equipment Efficiency
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or completion of a four-year apprenticeship program in electrical/electronic technology, mechanical technology, or manufacturing technology; or combination of partial completion of education and a minimum of 7 years experience.
Must have ability to operate CNC controls in maintenance mode.
Must have an advanced level of understanding of complex operating systems.
5 years experience in maintaining industrial machines
5 years in electronics and machine electrical systems
Experience developing PM's preferred
Experience diagnosing proprietary machinery preferred
